The pharmacy staff here is great. Alert, helpful, friendly. However, I am not at all pleased with the way CVS relentlessly nags us – in person and in texts – to get more vaccines, although it doesn’t know our medical history and doesn’t really know what we need. At least one of the vaccines it said I “may” need was definitely off base. In another case it reminded us to get a vaccine we had gotten quite recently, at this store. Basically, CVS seems to want to take charge of my health, but I don’t want it to. Yes, some of the pharmacists may truly be acting in my best interests. But CVS is a publicly traded for-profit corporation; its CEO is said to earn more than $20 million a year. I don’t think it is trying to harm its customers – that would be bad for business – but it is in CVS’s best interest to convince us to get or buy as many vaccines and prescriptions and OTC items as possible, whether we need them or not.

I always feel appreciated when I shop at CVS. I love their Extra Care program. It has great perks like a $10 monthly coupon and free shipping. When I order pickup my items are ready in a self- service cabinet so I’m in and out quickly.

A lot of the items here are locked up, and for good reason, I saw someone shoplift and run out while shopping here. This location is clean and I had some time to kill, so I went down each aisle and found some nice clearance deals. Celia was helpful and unlocked the cases for me, and was friendly and nice when ringing me up. Go on the app and get those Extrabucks and coupons - I can shop at CVS for less than Walmart with their weekly deals.

I appreciate the attention that the manager provided form the hello when I entered to the help he provided at check-out. It was clean and the inventory was much better than Walgreens.

I called this location from Rio Rancho. I spoke to the manager Charles. I asked him if they carried cologne and if so, if there was plenty in stock, he insured me that there was so much in stock. I drove down however They only carried body mist which was no big deal. I let him know that this wasn’t cologne that it’s body mist and he was so rude “This looks like plenty in stock to me- It’s just a knock off brand! I said thank you and left. Charles followed me outside. Noticed I was parked in a handicap and fixed the sign and looked at me as if I wasn’t handicap. I went in to show him my sign. Rudest “manager” for no reason. I was polite and respectful.
