came to the store 3 times today for a package pickup. Each time they lied about if the UPS truck came or not. The truck did not came, but they just want to get rid of me and told me the ups truck already came did not have my package. It was almost Thanksgiving, I am busy preparing a lot of things, they never cared about customer. The package was an important holiday gift, was more than $200 value, I was very upset if I could not get it by the end of the day. It was all by myself checked and called UPS, and finally found out that the UPS truck have not came to the store when I was there, they simply lied to me. When I finally came there to pick up the package, they never apologize to me. My holiday was completely ruined. PS: When I finally rushed there to pick up the package, other customers all could tell I was stressed out, they allowed me to be served first, but the cashier just told me to stay in the line, because he saw others were there before me. He himself knew it wasn't my first time to come for the package on that day. He still treat me the very rude way, I was so openly humiliated! I have a decent job, and I am also a hard worker, if I treated my customers like that way, my manager would already correct me seriously. I think I am already very nice and polite, I just stayed in the line as he told me. I almost busted out in tears at that moment. I never felt so awful, even I finally got my package, I still felt very hurt in this Thanksgiving holiday. it is the season people are supposed to be grateful, but I just need their apology!

First. I've been with CVS since 2014 and have made them my choice since. Today, I didn't understand the confusion of me and my son dropping off a prescription to be filled. The lady working today Rolled her eyes one too many Times at us and I refuse to do business with anyone who obviously just needs a break. And I can handle a lot but my son is in pain and I wasn't going to allow him to witness her attitude towards us simply bc she has to do her job. I politely asked for our prescription back and went across the street & was in and out in under 30 minutes with zero attitude. I will not recommend any one to come To this cvs and you can guarantee we will not return.

Extremely poor customer service in the pharmacy. They made a mistake and when told of the difficulty it presented in trying to return for pick up there wasn't even an effort made to rectify the situation to not cause me to have to make accomodations for their mistake. Poor interpersonal and problem solving skills from both the pharmacist and the tech. I believe the only reason they have a customer base is due to lack of choices. I certainly won't be using them again as I would prefer to have a customer relationship with a company that valued me as a person and tried to provide the type of service as to make me want to return and purchase products/prescriptions I need. I haven't dealt with complete lack of care and unwillingness to help in many years and can't say enough how disappointing it is to come across it in this situation. Complete lack of care and effort.

This place is such trash! Had no idea this place closes @ 6:53pm. Pharmacy closes at 7pm at least thats what the hours say. Looks like this is day 3 I won't have my script. Corperate should take a look @ that! Would have taken me 2 minutes to get my script!

Warning! I bought 5 $50 Amazon gift cards from here and all were inactive. Everyone I gave a card to opened it to find the card had a hole punch and the silver coating for the code scratched off. I called CVS to let them know this happened and they did not seem surprised and told me I had to take it up with Amazon. Thank goodness I gave everyone the gift receipt. Not sure if Amazon will honor any of these cards but beware of buying any gift cards from this CVS. Not sure if there is a skimmer here that diverts the funds to somewhere else. But the fact that they have compromised cards is a concern.
