While convenient, and better then the Walgreens across the street, the shelves were empty, and the prices were so high, I went to get a drink which they did not have due to limited selections, bought a couple of sodas at the Self Check-out, I could not find any staff and its seems to be Self check-out only, so I went to Walmart. I don't know what happened to these types of stores, but I dont give this store very much longer.

I was just passing by when I realized I needed something. So I made a quick turn & was glad to see another entrance to the lot. The store was open & clean, and the cashier was helpful & friendly.

I was personally surprised to see how clean this location was. The staff member working there, who may have been the manager, was extremely professional and quick at the checkout process. They have a wide selection of every day needs ranging from medicine to food. There is plenty of parking around the building as well.

This was my first visit to this location ever and I will make sure to make it my last because of the treatment I received from the pharmacy employees. I went to pick up my prescription and was told only one of the two prescriptions were received. I said okay no problem I will get what I can now and be patient for the other prescription. As I’m driving out of the parking lot I get a call from CVS saying that my other prescription was ready for pick up. I thought it was great and turned around to pick it up. As I arrived the cashier didn’t greet me instead she asks “did you have another question?” I said no and explained that I got a call saying my other prescription was ready. At this point the pharmacy was busier so the cashier sent me to the consultation booth where I waited patiently to ask my question. A lady came out and again asked without greeting me “do you have a questions? And I explained the situation except this person kept interrupting while I was explaining which frustrated me because I was seeking guidance on what to do next since apparently despite the phone call saying the prescription was ready, the prescription was not available. I had to explain myself 3 times and set a boundary to let me speak without being interrupted where the solution was finally shared. How unnecessary it was to interrupt me and try to argue what I needed. -5/5 stars for these terrible ladies customer service skills.

Everything was great at CVS. But had trouble locating the BABY 👶 DIAPER because did not see a sign for them where they were at. At this CVS location at Eubank and Menaul. But overall my shipping experience was great.
