CVS reply.. I already called the customer concern team, with no response. How some active caring and reach out yourself. Why put the burden on the customer? Had same scripts for a year, store is always out of stock and I am always at risk because of it. They also love to keep filling the same script that has been cancelled to try and keep pushing sales. We cancel in the app, the doctor cancels it, and we cancel face to face at the pharmacy. Poorly run major company. I want our smaller pharmacies back.

New customer, awful experience. Female pharmacist ASSUMED i did not have the money to pay for my prescription and didn’t order my medication, putting my life in danger. This was after changing to CVS and personally going in for a consultation when I did. She purposely, with no communication refused obtain a pre authorization, then refused to fill it until I called…. For a week I called asking for my medication. CVS pharmacists put my life in danger. STUFF IT with your worthless responses. You need to overhaul your pharmacy at this location… you have TONS of negative feedback yet you have these mean, cruel, rude, and judgmental pharmacists DENYING medications. SHAME ON CVS!!!!!

This pharmacy is the most difficult and inappropriate in getting antibiotics delivered than any other in my long life of 82 years. The supervisor of non licensed people seems to set the tone for the actual function of pharmacy, medication orders are not followed. My surgeon ordered a new set of antibiotics because of a new infection in my surgical site post op.My foot and swollen and red and draining. I asked for delivery on day one. He ordered two new AB last Friday and end of Monday they told me they were not going to fill my script because they tried sending USPS on Sat and Sun and my "hosue looked abanandoned". I live alone and have flood lamlp on the driveway and three lights to the entrance and a car parked outside the gate into my front door. No call all day today, Monday, to tell me they could not deliver as i had to call to ask where it was. She could n ot find the order for first five minutes, said many portals to check then said they tried to deliver the two AB's but my house looked abandoned and no one answered their calls. I got no calls nor any tests like they sent the first order. Nothing . When i said they were lying that USPS doe snot deliver on week ends and do not do same day delivery she got put off. I had left two messages late Saturday and Sunday with no answer to me to explain why not delivered. Told them they were lying and then they retracted and added more made up stuff. I asked to talk to a pharmacist and the person said she was a pharmacist. Very doubtful. This pharmacy has problems I cannot work out when I am four days past order to start AB and they tell me they have closed my script called by my surgeon. This place needs to close. Doubt they called my surgeon to tell him they could not deliver my medications he ordered for me.I am afraid they are not trustworty and are inept, unprofessional and untrustrworthy people working there. Maybe other locations of CVS are better but they have refused my AB and closed my order and credited my account. There was no reason for the non fulling of my script and delaying now my start of this needed medication for my foot by four days. now delayed into fifth day. Delivery charges were approved three days ago and no messages to them returned. I called them late afternnon waiting their return and they never told me what was said on the phone tonight, House agandoned and no answer of my phone. All lies I assure you. Sometime very wrong there. Maybe my attorneuy can get an explanation.

Great experience at this CVS. My wife’s insurance switched to using CVS, so today was our first experience in using the pharmacy. They were kind, patient, and took great care of my wife. They actually already had her insurance in the system! The store was clean, well organized and clutter-free. Everyone was both friendly AND professional. All around pleasant experience!

I hadn't been in CVS in probably 6 months and had not walked through their store to become acquainted to their merchandise. I was there to get my RSV, and Flu shots. I did this before I got my shot. Then I got my shots and found I got a $10 coupon to use when I checked out. I was surprised and enjoyed the refresher course.
