Omg. I had my percription transferred from welgreens.( they were equally bad)I thought " I was in good hands" nope same story welgreens " we are out" " but we can order it for u" some how i initially agrea like i did with welgreens.. OKAY " AS LONG AS IT EVENTUALLY GETS HERE ON THE DAY U SAID"... " OF COURSE" she says... ." WE WILL TEXT U WHEN IT ARRIVES".... OMG.. IM thinking.. u dont have my number here and y need to tell a lie...NO ONE EVEN ASKED U IF I U HAD MY NUMBER OR CAN I RECUEVE A TEXT.... Similar to the young guys at welgreens.. they can lie with thier eyes shut. Lol. Even when thier asleep... sadly. This was a young lady....I was discouraged of this young lady.and ill kept thinking .. im glad my teen is dating a jehovah witness.. i hate religion.....she was really making count my blessings.... I thought maybe the pharmacist might help.. I observed her . ( she might be mature )... somehow she thought i kept looking at her cuz I was attracted to her.. lol. ... she a bit more helpful.. ( maybe cyz she was older )

Last night shortly before closing I had to arrange an urgent Rx transfer over the phone. Jimena got on it right away and my family was able to get in 2 minutes before 9:00pm and pick up the Rx. Thank you!

Came in at 5:57pm employee let us know that they closed in 3 minutes? But the app, outside store hours and website says at 9pm? Which one is it? Why should I shop if they give me 3 minutes? None sense if in a Saturday it closed at 6 update everything everywhere. This is not okay

Went to go buy COVID tests. Went to Aisle 19 and there are quite a few locked up in a case so I called for assistance. Pharmacists tells me to go to the front, they have them there. I went to the front and they had none in the front so a worker goes to "check aisle 19" and magically they have no COVID tests. Heres the literal picture of their COVID tests they refused to let me buy. No idea why they wouldn't let me buy them but absolutely wrong on their part.

So rude and not understanding people. The girl couldn't accept an apology after I snapped at her. She threw it back in my face a month later. I will do anything to avoid this place. They are overworking the staff to where they get upset and snappy.
