I just called your guest service and put a report in, but this pharmacy denied my prescription refill because they accused me of yelling at the pharmacist, saying I didn’t have time to wait and that they needed to go faster. The last time I was there was in November, and I was rung up Tuesday at 6:59 PM. If they close at seven, I don’t know how I could’ve asked them to go any faster. If anything it seems like they were doing the most since it was so close to their closing time.

The person who responded to my message and called me directly was so kind and answered my questions very efficiently. I was so surprised because she made my questions feel less nerve-wracking. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work. You have no idea how much your diligence and compassion impact my life. Again, thank you.

I came in to pick up from my usual location, but I guess my doctor had sent it to the other St. louis Park target. No worries! But when I was giving my name, the pharmacist says “i have nothing for you” and then proceeds to roll her eyes and huff at me when I asked if she was sure, if she spelled my name wrong maybe… because I’d been getting so many texts about my meds. and that’s when i realized it was probably sent to the wrong place, so I said that and apologized for my mistake. anyway, I was treated extremely rudely for virtually no reason. I understand it’s a hard job, but please don’t take it out on people who aren’t doing anything… to make things more annoying, the pharmacist also told me the wrong location for where my meds were.

Don’t go here!! I went to the cvs pharmacy in target on hwy 100 around 11am, they said they received the prescription but have not filled (this is classic, this pharmacy won’t even begin filling your prescription unless you physically show up), so I said fine and asked how long, the woman behind the counter, who I felt very bad for, said “30 minutes” with extreme hesitation. Well, it’s 5:30pm, and still not filled. The line is 10 people backed up, I’m 5th in line and been waiting for a long time. Attached are pics to prove it! The pharmacist and staff are NOT to blame, they are working diligently and quite frankly, deserve better. CVS Leadership team and Target needs to step up their game and better manage this pharmacy! Total embarrassment!

Pharmacy is almost never able to get my prescriptions. If you have a prescription for a controlled substance don’t even bother trying to fill it here.
