A short latino woman that wears a mask, followed me around the store for an hour. I work 20 hour shifts, something about me that bothered her. Anything I picked up she came over asking me questions. when I came up to the front to check out I told her I wanted to be checked out with somebody else, tha made her mad and asked how someone could shop for as long as I did! I was trying to spend $300 in the store, what kind of customer service is that????saying how long iv shopped In front of other customers. I asked the nice lady that did check me out if she wanted to look in my purse because that’s the only reason I could see why she would behave like that. I put money on my card and put all the things I went shopping for down. This is by far the worst customer service iv ever experienced . I love shopping, no matter what it is I love it. I spend a lot of money as well. I work a lot. So I play a lot. And that is shopping to me. All I wanted was some peace while I shopped. I had just left my bank and put 500 on my card and gave them my id and said how upset I was with this exchange. Horrible way to treat people that are spending money in your store I put the money on my card so I can just shop online and I don’t need to be haggled and judged for what I’m buying

I called this location to ask if they had my Rx in stock. I was told they only had a portion of this medication so I asked if they would contact me when the rest was in stock so I could pick it up. She said yes. When I called to ask if they had the remainder of my prescription, the pharmacist came on the line and began angrily telling me that he could not give me the remainder of my prescription and that I would just lose that amount. He told me that I agreed to this when I talked with the assistant previously. I was telling him that I would never agree to this because the prescription is for an opioid and I would experience withdrawal symptoms if I were to miss the remaining part of my prescription. In the middle of my sentence, he began literally yelling at me telling me that I would miss those patches and that he was not going to give them to me. Any time I attempted to say something, he would begin yelling over me. I talked with my doctor who sent over a prescription for the remaining 3 patches. At this point, he filled my prescription, not for three patches but for three boxes. Because he never received a prescription for 3 boxes, this was a medication error as he was only supposed to give me three patches. I will never return to this location again and I believe my doctor was going to report it. HORRIBLE treatment to a patient.

Oh my gosh, the CVS in Northeast Minneapolis the store is filthy. The outside of the store at the door there’s wrappers there’s cigarette butts the parking lot dirty. But to be honest, Walgreens is even worse when you go to pick up a prescription. The counter is dirty. The floor is dirty. It looks like it’s never been cleaned. The Walgreens I go to is in St Anthony off of Silverlake Road and when I’ve had my shots there a couple times and I will not go back there. They give your shots in like a storage room. The garbage can is completely full and it’s the floor is dirty and you are getting a vaccination in there yuck.

I would never go here for a prescription. First I had to wait an extra day because someone on their end misspelled amoxicillin….then they stated not a single CVS in all the twin cities had a drop of amoxicillin. They stated they would contact the doctor and never did and never got back to me. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They couldn’t care less about your health or what you need or what the doctors say. To this day a month later, no prescription.

I visited this CVS to take advantage of some of their deals. I had many questions and staff member, Jessica, was so patient and helpful. This store is very organized and I was able to get all my items.
