I have always had very prompt and smooth interactions at this CVS. At other locations it was a struggle just to get my prescription order handled correctly but here it’s always been efficient and friendly! Keep up the good work!

Above and beyond customer service at this location! Best ever. Personalized care, and always friendly and eager to help. Am a PCA and have been coming here for 3 years. They truly care about their customers. There was a crash on the freeway today, delaying my trip by 15 minutes.. I called, and even though their system automatically shuts down at 6:05pm, they stayed open until the last minute so I could get the time sensitive scripts needed. Barely made it, and was still met with a compassionate smile. Absolutely love them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacist was not only rude but also made me feel uncomfortable due to my race. He spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and showed a lack of professionalism. Additionally, he loudly discussed my medical information in front of other customers, violating my privacy. No one should be treated this way, especially when seeking essential medications and healthcare services. I hope CVS takes action to ensure their staff treats all customers with respect and follows proper privacy protocols. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to be cautious.

This is the best pharmacy!! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They made getting walk-in vaccinations super easy in the fall, and yesterday Steven—who was working solo!—went above and beyond. My prescription went up 5 times in price and he tracked down a bunch of savings. So grateful for his time + effort!! 🙌👏💛
