They had all day to fill my prescription. When I showed up, they said 'nope, didn't fill your prescription, we don't have your insurance on file' ... for a prescription that was $2.98 out of pocket... really??? you needed my insurance on file to fill a $2.98 prescription? I respect their right to have this policy, but as a result I will never go to CVS again. 2 Stars because the store was otherwise clean and the employees were nice.

I arrived 5 minutes before close which I am aware is not ideal to pick up a prescription, which takes less than 5 minutes. They locked the door in my face as I walked to the door and would not make eye contact with me. Security came up and said they were closed. Calling the store is a nightmare because of the automated system. Pharmacy staff has always been okay, but this was so disrespectful. I will be asking to speak to a manager when I come back tomorrow.

I came in to use the atm to withdraw cash for rent. The yt lady with the dyed hair was literally watching me use the atm. Assuming she thought I was a drug addict because of the area, however that gives her no right to watch me take out my own money. When I glared at her over my shoulder that’s when she proceeded to act “fake busy” Word of advice if you don’t like the customers or the area you work in find a new job.

I know this CVS is extra busy now that another has closed nearby, but the staff have been wonderful, I think, amidst this chaos. The wait at the pharmacy can be long but not the checkout and there are staff around to help, which is great. Give this location another chance. I am so grateful for this location as their pharmacy is open on the weekends!

My experience at this CVS location was indeed horrible especially in the pharmacy section and the supervisor that was on shift that night . This incident occurred on 12/12 about 5:40pm , overall I have by 12/12 to pick up a certain medication two hours before they closed. As I encounter the pick section I expressed the situation how this medication was put back and the pharmacy a Hasn’t even closed. During this, the pharmacist in the back on the computer who had on this green sweater , brown complexion becomes rude behind the counter makes unprofessional and rude comments and statements . “We put medication back mid day” . “You have two weeks to pick up medications”. So yes I became rude back . For that pharmacist to state that I have two weeks to pick it up is rude and it is none of his business and when I should pick it up . Instead of being rude behind the counter. You should have came up the counter and explained to me medication procedures and instead of being loud enough for all customers to hear. Then meanwhile , I was in the section of the tooth paste and I over him talking to his colleagues about the incident exactly what this pharmacist and I just encouraged when I was up there . I stopped and looked at him and he looked right back J go “ why are you talking to your colleagues about me “. He goes “I am not talking about you”. I go “No but you’re talking about the incident that we just encountered loud enough to your colleagues and loud enough that customers can hear you and I can”. He denies it. As I ask the employee at the front desk to speak to a manager this pharmacist and the young supervisor on this shift approach me and I let both know the situation and I looked straight at the pharmacist face and repeated the whole encounter and expressed how rude and unprofessional that pharmacist was . Expressing to them and telling them how to do a job and make it professional is insane. Then the supervisor makes it and turns it on me as I was being disrespectful? Come again? How was I ? Did I call you a discriminatory name become aggressive? No I specifically expressed how insane how it didn’t make sense to put medication back on mid day. Yet this pharmacist could of walked right over and explained to me the CVS procedures instead of being rude and loud . Both had smirks during this process and as a customer and experienced customer service both should be trained how to properly communicate with customers. Coming to find out the CVS pharmacy procedures there isn’t a mid day return medication on the shelf it is supposed to be put back mins before closing as customers have by 12/12 EOD. This situation is being investigated by CR CVS . I will never step foot in this CVS again. Overall customer service is about de escalation and property handling situations correctly in a professional matter and this wasn’t the case .
