Pharmacist Madeline M Ulfig and her team of technicians have provided excellent customer service over my past few years going to this CVS, they have handled my prescriptions with care and been so so helpful through insurance changes, general questions, and the occasional emergency fill.

On October 27, 2023 I have very bad experience with Madeline M Ulfig (Pharmacy Manager). She filled a wrong medications than what a doctor prescribed. I asked her to change it and she refused. She talk to me like yelling at me and told me if I don’t like that medicine that she filled then I could go somewhere else. I was feeling embarrassed because I was been treated with no respect and there are so many people waiting in line, staring at me making me feel uncomfortable, and my patient right has been violated. Therefore, I am asking this pharmacy manager to be terminated and/or re-trained how to treating customers with respect and dignity, otherwise I will never come back to this CVS pharmacy location and recommend people not coming to this location. I will definitely switch to a different pharmacy other than CVS. Thanks for reading this complaint and hope your company closing down and going bankrupt because what your employees treated customers is unacceptable.

The pharmacist gave me someone else's medical card back. Makes me wonder if they've ever given my information out to people. In addition, they are significantly slower than any other CVS I've ever had my meds filled at.

Every interaction including every phone call I’ve made to this pharmacy has been unpleasant. Always short, Never kind or helpful. I’ve officially stopped getting my medications from here and do not plan on returning.
