This evening 12/12 at 5:40pm I went to pick up a medication the needed to be pick up by 12/12 get the at 5:40pm . They close at 8:00 pm I walked to the counter and let her know I was there to pick up prescriptions and I stated to her that one was put back when it needs to be be picked up by 12/12 assuming before they close . She tells me to go to the other counter as I am expressing “why put it back when it’s not the EOD”. “You close in two hours “. A male pharmacist had the most rudest remarks behind the counter and in front of his computer says the rudest things ever . “You had two weeks to pick it up” and something regarding to it’s back in the shelf if it’s not picked up in mid day. He goes “we close in two hours” . I laughed , “your gonna tell me I have two weeks to pick it up?” “No it hasn’t been two weeks . CVS closes in two hours I still have time to pick it up as it sat by 12/12”. Instead of having a rude remark you could came to the counter and explain the procedure that you put medications back mid day instead of having a rude remark and maybe this situation wouldn’t escalate. So I was rude right back because you were unprofessional in customer service and could have just explained the situation to me instead of being rude where literally everyone could hear it. The other pharmacist was claim and was professional. Mean while I picked up my medication and as I was going down a aside I over heard the same exact pharmacist talk to other pharmacist/ staff about the whole incident that happened while I was there . I stopped in the aside and look at him and I told him “you are very rude that you loud enough to talk about the incident you and I just had with other colleges “. He denied it but once I got to speak to a manager who was a young kid he comes with and he apologized for that incident ? Right . You just denied you didn’t ? Overall both of the manager and pharmacist didn’t appear to take a customers concern lightly and both appeared to have a smirk. The manager turns it on me and says that I was disrespectful. Disrespectful about what? Because I expressed the fact I was upset about a medication that was put back before your closing time and that the policy was never explain to me at that time but instead now you tell me the policy?! Literally, if your going to either talk about a customer or talk about a situation with a customer at work keep that at a low conversation so other customers don’t hear . SMH . Never again with this location. Don’t respond with the contact CR CVS email because this place isn’t worth the trouble . The employees already shown how they treat their customers and it’s disgusting.

Prescription was ready when promised. I was able to pickup prescription and check out within 5 minutes of arrival at the pharmacy.

After waiting 10 minutes someone to be at the registers, for the pictures they “forgot” about pictures I had dropped off and were ready since April, operations manager was extremely rude. do not get your photos developed here because you most likely will not get them back, or you’ll have to wait 5 months and they might call you

rudest pharmacy staff i’ve ever encountered. a member of the staff was very curt with me and wouldn’t explain that one of my prescriptions was simply ZYRTEC and tried to convince me to buy the $35 kind from behind the counter without telling me what it even was. luckily i googled it and didn’t spend the unnecessary funds. this same staff person chided me for bringing my health insurance card, rather than my RX card(news flash my cards are combined) for no apparent reason other than to make me feel stupid? horrible service will not be back
