Main reason why we’ve stayed here is the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful, especially pharmacist who is a woman who has worked mainly on early afternoon shift. In person when she’s working is the best. I’ve appreciated her working above and beyond even when the lines are long. She’s always pleasant and professional. The app and the phone messages don’t seem to communicate well, I usually do best going to voicemail option. The messaging systems you have probably are making some of your clients frustrated. This is probably a corporate decision, but that’s my main concern here.

I like this store. Owner seems decent, pharmacy is light years above Walgreens. However I will no longer go there. The owner hires the worst employees. Youngish man on Saturday morning at counter has an attitude of pure disdain for customers. Rude, scornful, never says hello or thank you, obviously hates both his job and his life. Attitude is obvious yet he's been at that store for a long time. Owner, why can't you hire employees who want to give your store a good name? What is wrong here? Owner, do you actually see the number of reviews here that are pointing to the same staff member? What, is he your son or something? I expect the canned answer always given with no real interaction from the owner. Clearly, they DO NOT CARE. Avoid this store.

Just came into the CVS at Grand and Fairview today, 1/10/26, in St Paul, MN just before 1:30. Clerk working prescription pickups as I walked up to the counter walked away from me mumbling and in a condensed tone said they were closed for lunch. Another clerk said she was happy to help me get my prescription. Also, the pharmacist was helping ring up prescriptions. DUMP THE CLERK WITH AN ATTITUDE!

There was a time in this country where the idea of a business refusing to have an open and public restroom for their valued guests to use would have been abhorrent and all together un-neighborly. It’s a saddening sign of the state of our city when you need to get permission from a manager to use their restroom, and then wait 5 minutes for them to come open it for you. Disgusting and abhorrent behavior CVS. Do better.

Every time I step in here it’s this one employee who would just follow me around acting like he’s doing something around me just to be in my Conversation like today he seen me walk in n out of nowhere he grabbed a cart and act like he’s doing something just to be by me and hear my conversation I don’t know that it was part of cvs policy to follow people around and listen to there conversations n I told him multiple times im not talking to him n he just won’t leave me alone he always want to argue with me and I just come in mind my business
