I came here on tuesday, June 10th, 2025. It's been a really long time since I've been here, I'm talking 8 months? Super clean store, very organized, all Isles are free of unloading boxes or anything like that. The front cashier, had a name tag of supervisor or manager, she was super friendly., my receipt says that the name was michelle, but I'm not sure how truthful that is considering other people probably use that cash register throughout the day? I checked out with her twice because I got photos the first time from an online order, and then it pooped out a coupon for 20% off a regular price item so instead of coming back , I just browsed the store, and bought an item for 20% off. Very nice store!! I didn't visit the pharmacy, I go to Costco for all my Pharmacy items. Please enjoy all of my photos, I did start to date them with a 6/10/25 but it got very tiring doing that to all of the photos. I also took pictures of the clearance section, and several clearance items around the store, all of these photos were taken June 10th, 2025. I love a good deal, and I love to share good deals with other people.

They have one extremely rude tech working there. She couldn't figured out what is wrong with one of my medication. One of my staff who work with me asked me what's taking so long. I stood in line at the drop off area for 25 minutes long. I told my staff that I don't know why they have 3 staffs looking at the screen and no one could tell me what's going on. The lady who was supposed to help me just vanished and she went in the back gossiping to her friends that I was a very rude customer just because she heard me saying that to my staff. She just keep going in the back about me. I was so confused and asked to speak to a pharmacist. She lies to the pharmacist that I was being rude but she never explain to me what is going on and leave me hanging on purpose. Instead she's over there celebrating with her friends. I found this to be very rude and very unprofessional. This is the same lady who has been rude to me before. I don't see any improvement. I don't think anyone has done anything about her attitude and this time I brought in a staff with me and she also witnessed seeing the tech walking away from her job and leaving me hanging. I'm letting corporate know about this. This seriously need to stop. She's the only one who does this to me most of the time. It's not hard to asked a pharmacist to come help her and she doesn't follow produce calls like she was supposed to. She struggled too much and doesn't know how to handle a customer or read a computer screen. I swear everytime she says I have to pay for my medications that I've been on for many years but the moment someone take over then it's free at no charge. They just need to get rid of her. I only have problem with her. Why? Because she makes the same mistakes over and over. Same thing...the medication was free again!!! What's even worst is none of these employees wears their name tags. So you have no idea who you were working with but only recognize their faces.

Terrible customer service!! Had coupons on my phone, Manager claims they're not in system, very RUDE with an Attitude!! Where is the professionalism???

Pharmacy technician is rude and refuses to talk to the pharmacy insurance agent I had on my phone that was trying to process the claim. Even though the day before I received a text saying there was a paid claim. And now while in the pharmacy I get a text saying the medicine is out of stock and I have to come back again.

My insurance required me to switch from Walgreens to CVS. They have diverse staff working. All of these pharmacists give excellent descriptions of the meds if you ask for it. I get texts with prices and a barcode for pick up. You can get auto refill. If you go in store for pick up you always get a great coupon if you need extra items. The store is clean and well maintained.
