took a bus 30 minutes out my way to try to get my medication five minutes before close, there was no line, but the girl there with an attitude played as if she couldn’t find me in the system for the entire five minutes to have an excuse not to serve me and waste everybody’s time. Thanks a lot. I need that medication to sleep.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE STATE INSURANCE. If you have state insurance and your card only has an ID # and no Group or BIN # they will not accept it. They told me they do take state insurance but can’t accept it because the state only gives you an ID #. So they take it but can’t accept it? These people are incompetent.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible and rude. Went in on Friday for medicine, which I didn’t receive b/c CVS didn’t contact insurance company for prior authorization. The pharmacy tech was so loud, I’m sure everyone knows my birthday and medical status now. Very rude and I won’t be back.

This pharmacy is useless. My boyfriend and I came to this location to get a few prescriptions filled for him after he had some extensive and painful dental work done today. We dropped off the prescription papers and were told it would be done in about an hour and we’d get a text when it was ready. After 2.5 hours of waiting, we decided to just drive back since we were sure they were ready by then and my boyfriend was starting to feel more pain as the numbness from the procedure was wearing off. When we got there, we were informed there was some number missing from the papers and they couldn’t fill them. I asked if they had tried to call us to inform us of this and the lady said “no I was just going to wait until you came back in,” which seems like a ridiculously apathetic approach seeing as they had our number on file. She then said she had tried to call the phone number on the paper for the dental office to try to get the information that was missing but the number didn’t work. My boyfriend showed her the dental office has called him from that same number before so it does work. The lady then went and called the number using the CVS phone and put it on speaker to prove to us that the number didn’t work. We called the same number from our phone to show her that it did. When she tried the number on her cell phone, the call went right through but since it was already after 6, the dental office was closed by then. She said the only thing she could do was get them filled by tomorrow. We took the prescriptions right over to Walgreens and got them filled with no issue. I’ve worked in so many customer service related jobs and cannot fathom making someone wait (especially for a medication) for 2.5 hours without contacting them to say the prescription can’t be filled, and it would’ve been much longer if we hadn’t decided to just come back in. I also think it’s ridiculous to try calling a number once, and then completely giving up when it doesn’t work. If the same number is printed on every prescription paper specifically from a dentists office, I would at least try one more phone and make sure it’s actually the number and not the phone that doesn’t work but hey, what do I know.

I had an issue with my debit card. I had to call my bank and get things resolved of course instantly a decline is annoying the cashier was so patient. What stood out to me the most she didn’t treat me as if I was being dishonest. I was able to get things cleared and walked out a very happy customer for my first time at this location I’ll give it a 10/10!!!
