Pharmacy: If I could leave zero stars I would! I have been coming here every month since I moved here in August and I haven’t had a single good experience. For reference I have been using CVS pharmacy in plenty of other locations in the US throughout my entire life and have never had any issues, so I assumed when I moved here it would be the same. It doesn’t matter if you are the only person in line, or waiting with 10+ people, they haven’t ONCE had my prescription ready on time. I’ve always waited over 30 minutes for simple prescriptions that I even have on auto refill! I get a text that they are ready and show up, and they are never ready. There is legitimately no excuse for this. They are also always so rude and act clueless on what to do whenever this happens. I know the routine now.. I get passed from person to person who has no clue what is going on. It is clear there is a complete lack of communication amongst staff, as well as no care or sense of urgency for customers. I truly dread coming here because I know every time it is going to be some issue or problem with prescriptions I’ve been taking and had on file since I was 12 years old. Do NOT waste your time coming here!!!

Phenomenal experience with store clerk Karen. I called ahead of my arrival (as I was in a hurry) inquiring about a cosmetics item I desperately needed. She searched and found only ONE left in stock. She advised she'd hold it for me, until I arrived. Exceptional customer service Ms. Karen!! Thank you so much!!

The CVS Pharmacy staff are helpful, compassionate, quick, and kind. My mom is leaving for Mexico for 3 months and when she got to her hotel in mpls, all her pills had gotten liquid spilled on them. We raced around to find a pharmacy that had the meds we needed and were able to help us. Every one of the pharmacy members were so kind, hands down the best pharmacy experience I have ever had!

I stopped by this CVS to add money to my PayPal card as I was in the area. It's a nice store... clean, and with friendly staff. Although items at these type of drug stores can run a bit higher, they have a good selection of items. They also do passport photos here as well. The employee said it was around $16.99 for the photos. But... they take them for you and make sure they are done correctly. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to stop by. There are also lots of other shops and a nice park all within walking distance.

I came in to do an even exchange for a damaged online order. I had my order number, but the associate Yoni chose not to look it up and told me it couldn’t be done without a barcode. The manager on duty was equally dismissive, and I left with no resolution. Customer service requires patience and problem-solving, but that was completely lacking here. This employee is not a good representation of CVS and may be better suited for a role that isn’t customer-facing. I won’t be returning to this location.
