Incompetence on another level. They refused to accept our ucare insurance and wouldn’t even put it in the computer, insisting we needed a new card. Then wouldn’t allow us to do self pay either. Only thing I can think of is they think ucare is only medicare, which it isn’t.

The absolutely worst pharmacy out there. I’ve been a customer since it was Target pharmacy and it has only continued to go downhill. They never answer phones, are rude, backed up and understaffed. They have a male pharmacist who is kind but the rest of the pharmacists and staff do NOT care. Cub next door is light years better but has now gotten much busier than before…probably all the people leaving this pharmacy because they continue to outdo themselves. Every time I have thought “well I’m going to Target how bad could it be” I’m in for a new surprise of waiting and incompetence.

Truly, I am so very disappointed with my experience every time I use this pharmacy. I would in-fact give it zero stars if I could. I have been treated poorly, left on hold for hours on end (for real, 40 min, 56min, 37 min, all without an answer) straight up ignored as I tried to get more information, worked with a variety of staff and they all were so unwilling to move an inch to help me. I understand staffing is an issue and I feel like I am quite patient as a customer. Do yourself a favor and reroute your meds to the Nicollet Mall CVS, not too far away and MUCH better experience.

The pharmacists who work here are overall great. I have had issues with insurance before and working in person gotten them resolved promptly and with care. With that said, this location is consistently understaffed, leading to long wait times for already filled prescriptions, and difficulty reaching a pharmacist by phone. If you have the option to get your meds filled elsewhere, I’d recommend it.

After taking a full week to fill my prescription (that got canceled because my normal CVS was never open) I was standing in line 30 minutes before closing and the tech barked out 'we probably aren't going to be able to get to you before we close'. Luckily I made it in but many probably didn't. There needs to be laws that say if you're in line for a pharmacy (since it's not really an optional thing) that they have to clear everyone that was in the line before closing--or offer to deliver for free.
