Manager is great very helpful. Has a great personality. And was very knowledgeable with the product I was looking for. Found in 2 seconds flat I go to that store even though there a CVS closer to us. Great service!!! We feel appreciated and valued .keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

Whenever I am in the store I notice if not helping me but someone else the staff is courteous, friendly, caring, prompt, overall a very big help answering all questions. Shoutout to Kevin, Abdi & Caisson who go above and beyond their basic duties. 100% they make your experience better - they are the backbone of this store.

I have utmost respect for the staff both at the pharmacy itself as well as the front cashiers and assistants. They are kind, and I feel go out of their way to treat all of us w kindness. I would never switch; they are very much a part of my community and health.

I’ve watched CVS Pharmacy slowly deteriorate in the South End over the years — we used to have three locations, now we’re down to two, and unfortunately it shows. Dirty, basics locked up... When need your meds, of course you go, but if you want to avoid a headache, steer clear of the Columbus Ave location. This isn’t an occasional bad experience it’s consistent. Poor attitude and ALWAYS out of the meds you need! Dirty as well.

This CVS Pharmacy is very discrimination to Asian. I was there first waiting in line for 10 mins to pick up my medication. The pharmacy staff purposely served two Caucasian customers an elderly Caucasian man and Caucasian woman who came in last in line.
