This is the second CVS store in Boston, and they have locks on many of their items. Is there a significant amount of theft happening in Boston or these neighborhoods? So inconvenient. The Walgreens does not seem to have this same issue.

Especially I’d like to mention that Michael and Gezim are very friendly and helpful guys to us for finding what we looking for. So Newbury Street department in Boston was so friendly for us, thank you.

Team manager Anita is superstar super helpful she has great professionalism and help customers everyone is nice here we need more people like Anita and all staff off this location

I realized after leaving the store that I had forgotten to take my change, so I went back and asked about it. The staff kindly reviewed the CCTV and confirmed that the customer after me had taken it. Although I couldn’t recover the money, I was really impressed by how helpful and considerate the employees were. I don’t know their names, but I want to sincerely thank the staff who assisted me. This experience not only gave me a very positive impression of this CVS, but also made me appreciate Boston and its people even more.

The wrost manager is one Ladh Anita I went and I asked why they sold me expired eyedrop I bought 15 July and I used and I lost my vision the eye drop was expired since August 2024 Me what to do ? No excuse me Even no refund Is one lady I think is Albanian has not empathy and she refused to give me the contact information of the owner and email This lady has to be removed from the store
