The pharmacy has a decent selection of products and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I've noticed the wait times can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a convenient spot for basic needs but could improve on efficiency.

I love the variety they have, but sometimes it feels a bit cluttered inside. It can be hard to find exactly what I'm looking for, but I appreciate the decent prices and the helpful staff. Just wish they had better organization!

I went there to take a passport photo. Since my first CVS passport photo was rejected by embassy from my country regarding passport renew, so I told the woman who took photo for me I want my ear shown clearly in the passport photo so that my embassy will accept it. The woman kept saying this is not her training and she rejected paying any attention to it. I was so worried since she showed no sign of taking care of this and I checked the photo one of the ear is almost invisible. However, there was worker in the checkout area helps me to ask the woman to retake the photo for me. (really thank for him) Then I went back to ask her to take photo for me and the camera run out of battery. I end up waiting the camera to be charged for 15 mins and I decided to leave. Very unpleasant. Her apology looks fake.

I love CVS and feel like it's a great variety of products. I always receive service with a smile and staff are always extremely helpful

Madelin was awesome beginning to end. She greeted me when we walked in and ended up helping me solve an issue. She was so helpful and so friendly. She is definitely a great asset to the store. The store itself is clean and pretty stocked. Great location for traveling through South Station.
