The pharmacy has a decent selection of products and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. I've had a few issues with long wait times at the prescription counter, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's convenient for quick purchases and regular prescriptions, but a bit more efficiency would make it even better.

Great place for my pharmacy needs. The cashier guy really helpful, Ahmed i supposed the name is. He helps to find itmes on my shopping list, suggest few alternatives, and remind me for my CVS discount card to get price cut.

“I’ve been shopping at CVS for over 20 years, and the team at 191 Stuart Street is fantastic—especially Hamid! He always goes above and beyond to help customers and even showed me how to save a lot with the CVS app. The industry needs more employees like him!”

This CVS is my favorite CVS in Boston and there are two incredible people there that need a raise one of them is Eric hard-working guy who would be an awesome assistant manager and a nice raise to go with it! The other one is Tom one of the managers who I feel deserves a raise as well! I've been a CVS customer for quite a while! And I really love the people of the Stuart Street CVS! These people are incredible! There are really good CVS's in Boston in my opinion this is a great CVS you're ever in Boston and you want to go to a CVS go to this one and tell them Ritchie sent you!😀 CVS corporate needs to get on the stick and give these two guys a raise and a position change! If this doesn't happen I will be writing about it! Remember that saying the customer is always right? Well the customer's definitely right about this CVS store, The best CVS I have ever been to and I'm so thankful I found out about them about 2 years ago wasn't even aware they were there! I'm glad I know now! This whole store needs to be recognized for its employees! I want CVS corporate to look into this store and start appreciating these people even more! Because this writer and this customer definitely this store I like a couple of the other CVS's in Boston but this is my favorite! CVS corporation has not reached out to either individual and this makes me mad! You've got two hard-working individuals and neither one of them has gotten a raise or a position change! While this is my favorite CVS store, I'm not really fond of CVS all together anymore! The district manager Dan said he would look into it and even he hasn't responded and I've left messages with him! So I really no longer like CVS the way they treat these two employees is deplorable! And it needs to change! Unless this changes and CVS reaches out to these individuals my rating will not change for the CVS corporation! I love this particular store and its employees but CVS corporation itself sucks not reaching out to each individual when I've tried over and over again and left messages with the corporation and the district manager! All the hard work Tom and Eric have been doing is going for naught because their efforts are not being recognized! And this makes me extremely upset! Right now I prefer going to Walgreens over CVS as they have now become my favorite drugstore! But to be clear the CVS I am recommending is in Boston! But CVS corporation not getting back to them and recognizing their value really upsets me! I give the CVS store a 5/5 but CVS corporation is the worst! As a longtime customer there they need to read this assessment and do something about Tom and Eric! If they will do that my rating will change for CVS corporation! But up to this point in my opinion, shows me their lack of care when promoting certain individuals! I hope they read this and do something about it! Because they have got this customer extremely upset! They need to look into this and give these to a raise in a position change especially Eric he represents CVS very well and he needs to be moved up to assistant manager! And I cannot say enough about Tom either I don't know if he's an assistant manager or the manager himself at that store! But he needs to be recognized as well! CVS corporation needs to respond and do the right thing and promote both these individuals and look into others as well who work there because they really represent what CVS is all about even if CVS corporation doesn't recognize it! Maybe the low rating will get their attention? They're lucky I even gave them a one because in my opinion as a customer they don't even deserve that! If you don't promote and recognized your employees you really suck! And I don't hold back my words! Because I'm sure even Walgreens or Walmart recognizes their employees! Tom and Eric did not put me up to say something for them, this is my own idea! Because when you as a customer are treated well by people like them and you recognize their efforts then you want to share on them and get them promoted many others of that same store deserve this as well! 😠🔥
