My visit at this particular CVS was quick and satisfactory. I went to a "live" cashier because I didn't know if my coupon was applied properly. The young lady was patient and very helpful. Happy camper here. Will return

Love this location, especially because of its wonderful staff! The store is always very clean, well stocked, and well organized. The staff is super helpful for both pharmacy and general store needs. I want to give extra appreciation and recognition to the following store associates: Derrick, Lena, Jenssy, Brandon, and the young man who usually wears a surgical face mask. These employees regularly go out of their way to assist me, they’re awesome! Thank you

This is for the pharmacy. Your new techs are horrible (not all but 2 females in particular). Today, one of my Rx’s was flagged for the pharmacist to come talk to me. The tech just cleared the warning and never got the pharmacist. Good thing you add the precaution to the back. Then, I got charged for a bag. That’s fine but I didn’t want to charge that amount. I gave her a dime and she didn’t know what change to give me. Who are you hiring? I hope they aren’t counting pills.

After I tested positive for the flu, I informed my provider, and he told me that a prescription had been sent for me. I then received a message from CVS indicating that they had received a new prescription. Based on that message, I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medication, even though I had a high fever and was not feeling well. When I arrived, I was told that there was no prescription or medication ready for me. I asked why I had received a CVS message stating that a new prescription had been received, but I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, I was only told repeatedly that their system showed no prescription for me. I understand that system errors or communication issues can happen. However, the main problem was that no effort seemed to be made to investigate the discrepancy or explain why I had been notified to come to the pharmacy. Since I made the trip while sick based on a message from CVS, I expected the staff to make a reasonable effort to look into the issue rather than simply repeating that nothing was available.

I got my flu vaccine at cvs because of their coupon promotion to save $10. Went to go and use the coupon eventually, and it was rejected because I need to sign for their ExtraCard membership ($5 monthly). Complete slime bag advertisement - they’re happy to get the full payment of billing insurance for the flu shot but bait and switch when they’re honoring their promotion. Never trusting a CVS promo again.
