Excellent experience at CVS on Hanover street in Boston, close to the water, by the battery wharf hotel, and the street with excellent Italian food! Thanks to the excellent service from the staff, early opening of the shop and the availability of great products on the shelves, I walk out happy with my shopping bag full! Highly recommended, then walk to the shopping mall close by for my favorite Boston lobster breakfast! Super!

ok let me start over! This hands down!! In the worst CVS I've ever been in!! HOLLY CRAP!!! So let's get beyond walking 10steps into the store and your already at the end of the store. Small store!!! Anyways let's talk about its shallow nose stuck up in the air for no reason what so ever!!. So Tuesday afternoon I walk into that cvs with a friend of mine to pickup his medication. First thing I like todo in a new cvs is to do a "round" check out any clearance. See if there are any different items or products that they sell their that I haven't seen before. Ya know? Looking for hidden Gems! So im walking around that little store and up my butt are two cvs workers following me around that little store. They should worry about stocking those empty shelves they have. So then I go up to the register and I love how the cashier doesn't want to talk to you. He has these nasty look on his face. So I ask if he could tell me how much I have on my cvs giftcard. He looks on the back. Says " Try calling that number" then says we'll " You will have to buy something for him to knownthe balance." Which makes no sense I've had cashier tell me the balance right away. They scan the barcode. So I said whatever to the kid. So as im walking away the 3 of them laughing at me. Heard one of them say. How he is tried of poor people coming into his store. Yes ladies and gentlemen im being givin the businesses by a teenage cvs employee!! Life is hard!! But anyways no customer service what so ever! Where is management?! I mean for all the employees there to be doing and thinking the same way has to start from the top. So this must be an ok thing to do. Follow and lie to your customers. Make fun of them so they dont return.!! Sure as well dont have to worry about that. Other pharmacies to take my happy behind to.

CVS on 218 Hanover Street is a great store. The staff is always so helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. You wont regret choosing this store and its pharmacy

One of the worst stores in the world. It's dirty, with lots of inaccurately priced (or even unpriced) items. The self checkout machines fail half the time and the register itself is often unattended. Tonight I had a coupon for 20% off a full priced product and they refused to honor it because it was milk...? (The coupon itself says nothing about an exclusion for dairy products.) Just consistently abysmal service.

Made a quick stop to pick up few stuff. It's a sizeable CVS store.
