Want to be treated like a piece of garbage and passed back and forth among every employee behind the counter of the pharmacy!? Then boy do I have a recommendation for you! This place is the absolute worst and I hate that I don’t have a better option but to come here. The minute I step up to the counter I am always treated like I’m inconveniencing someone. If I get a text that my order is ready, it isn’t. Get a job somewhere else if you really hate interacting with people so much.

Unfortunately, my experience with the pharmacy was extremely disappointing. I received multiple messages directing me back and forth between drop-off and pick-up, only to wait over 40 minutes for a prescription that had already been called in. After finally speaking with staff, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. The pharmacy technicians appeared exhausted and began gossiping openly, which made the environment uncomfortable. I almost felt bad for interrupting them to ask about my medication. They seemed miserable and disheartened in their roles, and it reflected strongly in the level of service provided.I genuinely feel for patients who rely on timely access to medications that are essential to their health and have to endure this kind of experience. I am hoping to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy that shows more passion and care toward their patients. This pharmacy felt like nothing short of a lost cause.Cvs itself and the front-end staff were very helpful and pleasant, which was the only positive part.

This place is DISGUSTING. The final straw for me was when I opened my latest prescription bottle and the actual pills smelled like axe deodorant. How does that even happen?! Lines literally out the door, rude and incompetent pharmacists and staff, and just generally decrepit and gross store. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

I’d give them 0 stars if possible. It’s dirty, no one there helps and wait times to pick up meds are ridiculous. Please note that their response to this review was just a general nonsense - please reach out link that takes you to their main webpage and asks you to submit via Mail. Shows that they don't care about customer service. They are lucky that some insurance requires you to use them otherwise they'd go out of business.

The entire crew looks like they woke and went straight to work, probably late too. No one washed, ironed,or planned. They must have had a call off or a lot of new techs. There was 9 seniors in the pickup line and it moved line a snail. There are two pickup windows and the man in front of me when I stood in line originally was still in the same space after I left the line, from the drop off window. One competent person in the whole production and I failed to grab her name, she was older than the others and thank goodness for it. This place is ridiculous. Even the dividers they used to control the traffic were a mess, no one knew where to start.
