This is the only pharmacy near me that carry’s my meds, so I have to use it. I have been in line for about 35 minutes, when I got here, I was the 8th person in line, 3 people have been helped in the 35 minutes I’ve been here. There is 1 guy helping people between 2 registers and I currently see 4 other employees standing in the pharmacy. 2 of them are actually on the computers doing work, 1 is on her phone and the other is chatting with one of her coworkers at the computer. I’ve been coming here for medication probably 3-4 times a month for the last few months and rarely does it take less than 40 minutes from when I get here to when I leave. Even with no line, it often takes the employees at least 15 minutes to find my meds on the shelves. I have never seen any employee hustle for anything, no matter how long the lines are. If you have any other options, I can’t stress how much I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I got my Tdap vaccine yesterday and the pharmacist was SO kind and patient, especially considering I was very anxious. The vaccine was quick and painless, all the staff working were incredibly kind. If you're nervous about getting a vaccine, I recommend getting it here! I wish I remembered her name but the whole team was wonderful.

I have only had positive experiences here. With the influx of people having to change to this pharmacy, the staff are always helpful and kind. Too many people take out their anger on them and I think they deserve more credit where credit is due. The lines may be long but the folks at this cvs make my weekly trip over less stressful.

The staff is incredibly rude and poorly managed. Charles clearly has no clue what he's doing. When requesting a item be unlocked from their inventory.(All of their inventory is locked because their management can't figure out inventory control) The woman who was supposed to help me got incredibly frustrated that I kept pressing the help button even though I was being ignored. She was a 25 to 35-year-old black woman who had incredible attitude and tossed me off to Charles who I assume is the general manager of the establishment. The people who run the store are completely incapable of understanding customer service. They are locking the store 30 minutes before closing time and personally letting out people with a key. P a clear violation of the file code. Because they are so lazily enforcing a closing time prior to the official closing time I can only assume they are locking the door because of laziness. I will be sure to report this to the fire marshal because this is grossly illegal. Charles has no business running this location. He cannot keep control of his staff and I'm looking forward to reporting this location to the fire marshal as well as the health department for their pharmacy services. The entire staff needs to be fired and Charles needs lose his job He's unable to control his staff. His staff cusses people out and he rolls over and takes care of them because he can't stand up to his staff. Do not shop at this place. The staff are gross disgusting and unprofessional

This is my favorite CVS in the city. The pharmacy staff and front store staff have to deal with a lot, but they always try their best to help me! Stock can be hit or miss for the storefront, but that's an issue seen across the nation, and usually things are replenished within the week! Overall, this store has always treated me well and respectfully as a customer and member of the community. I really, really appreciate the pharmacy staff for always being communicative. Their staff is small and often very busy, but they always update me to the best ability. They are very transparent about timelines, stock, and anything regarding my prescriptions. I try to visit outside of "peak" busy hours if I have questions, and usually they're happy to help me with a consultation! They've worked super hard in the past to help me find alternative pharmacy locations when something is backordered.
