I was at the storage and asked for help because when I pressed the bottom for assistance nobody show up .I went to the counter and the attendance told me to press the bottom, I told him that I did and just avoid me. Few minutes later he showed up with the keys but just open another section for other customer and told me again to press the bottom. Short history long I was standing for more than 35 minutes and nobody approach to help me out.....horrible service

The pharmacist leading the team is professional, helpful, and kind. This location is incredibly busy and he always maintains his engagement and care for guests.

I never had such a bad experience before. It’s not my fault if I wanna buy something I have to push that button ask for service! I waited so long, and pushed four times, then a girl finally came to me, very rude and impatient, I wanted to buy another product in the same area, she just locked and left. I’m very angry with this unhappy experience.

Why wouldn’t the pharmacy staff stagger their lunch breaks so not everyone is gone, and they have to fully CLOSE for 30minutes a day?? Makes no sense. Management needs to stagger the breaks so someone can be available during their regular open hours. Closing the pharmacy for a half hour every day is foolish, and highly inconvenient to customers in need of medication. Then, when they reopen, there’s a HUGE line of accumulated customers who had to wait around during their collective lunch break

I went into the pharmacy with antibiotic Rx's for my daughter and me. We both had strep throat and were very uncomfortable, so I asked how quickly the scripts could be filled. The female associate who helped me said she would have them ready in 15 minutes, which was faster than I expected it could take! She was very empathetic and kind. The entire pharmacy staff is very kind and helpful. While waiting for the meds, a male customer came to the pharmacy section and was incredibly rude to the male pharmacist on duty. The pharmacist was professional and kind in return to the irate customer, even after being cursed at by the customer. This pharmacy is not as convenient as others closer to my house, but I still use this CVS to fill meds because the staff is absolutely wonderful!
