Mia was very rude during my interaction with her. I ask her to recheck why my insurance didn’t come up for the medication she got upset and said “no matter how many time I look at the paper it won’t change.” After that comment I was done talking to her and requested a different cashier and she kept refusing to allow me to speak with anyone else so I started recording and that’s when she ran to the back. What I was asking her to do was look in the system to see what’s going on not literally look at the paper

Pharmacy on St. Paul in Baltimore needs some work. Every time I go, they’re rude, irritated, and nonchalant. They look at us like why are we there. Guess they forget, that’s how they’re compensated. But I’ve decided to stop using CVS as my pharmacy.

My doctor called in a prescription yesterday. When I arrived to pick it up, it was clear that you all were busy. So I said I didn't mind waiting until the next day. The woman working at the checkout assured me you would expedite the request, and that it would be ready the next day. So I came in today, only to be told that the pharmacist hadn't gotten around to it yet, and that she could move the request up and that she would do her best to see that it would be ready in two hours. So...how long would it have been otherwise? Would you have even gotten around to it today like you promised if I hadn't said something? I always try my best to be understanding and empathetic, but it's not acceptable to leave people waiting for their medicine. Especially when you've made assurances. This store desperately needs to get it together. I won't be having my prescriptions filled at this location anymore. Edit: For bonus points, I asked if I could have the prescription transferred to another location, and I was told that all I had to do was go in and give my information, and they could fill it for me. Turns out that's not true. And now the nice people at the much better CVS on N Charles Street are trying their best to get ahold of you to sort it out, even though you're not picking up your phone.
