I booked a vaccine appointment a week ahead of time and received a text and email confirmation. In the days leading up to the appointment I got another text and two more email reminders. Day-of I walked a mile to the pharmacy in the rain, waited in line to check in, then sat and waited for my vaccine. The pharmacist came over to me and said — "We don't have this vaccine. Why didn't you call us? You should always always call us before coming here"...as if that was some obvious part of the protocol. I didn't call because I received two text messages and three email reminders (none of which said "call us"). I have also called this pharmacy in the past and no one picks up the phone. This place is so disorganized and no one takes ownership. Go literally anywhere else.

The CVS off of East Fayette closed so now I need to go into Target for my prescriptions because it's the most convenient location. I was initially skeptical about moving my prescriptions to this location because of all the negative reviews I've seen, so I was pleasantly surprised when I had the opposite experience of the reviews. The team there has been responsive, professional, and even friendly. Until today. Today, I waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the front of the line and the transfer employee from the East Fayette location was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. She was consistently professional and helpful at the other location, but since transferring to Target she appears to have a completely different personality. If the others who have left reviews have experienced her unnecessary commentary and snippy attitude then I now understand why this CVS is poorly rated. We all just want to pick up what we need and go on with our day without having rude encounters. I'm now debating on moving my prescriptions to Harbor East.

A pharmacy that doesn’t know how to read an insurance or prescription card is really bad. They couldn’t understand that ‘01’ on an insurance card signifies the primary policyholder, and that ‘02’ is a dependent like a spouse. This is really basic information that certainly someone who works at a pharmacy should know! Took them an entire hr to figure this out.

This place makes the seventh circle of hell feel like the Ritz, customer service wise. They literally do not care if you die. I requested a prescription to be transferred from another pharmacy to be filled here 3 times (2 electronically and once in person), these people NEVER did. They didn’t even attempt to do so. My mother urgently needed the prescription and these people treated us like we were ordering a happy meal.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited. Horrible customer service every single time, rude employees, and all around miserable experience.
