I can see why the rating is bad. Called the pharmacy to provide my insurance information and the gentleman said come on with it because it's easier. Me driving all the way over is easier for him I'm sure.

Dropped off my paper script to the woman at the drop off counter, who told me it would be “ready after 2”. I came back after 2 and she said they just opened back up after lunch and just entered in the script request with and seemed very frustrated with me. I told her she herself informed me to come back after 2, so I was following her instructions. I got more attitude for that and no apology for any confusion or extended wait time, I now have to wait at least another 30 minutes for the prescription.

I have been sitting in the drive through like for an hour waiting to pick up my prescriptions. It is completely unbelievable. It’s worse because once you are in line, you can’t leave with the way the building is designed. I have gone inside to pick up my prescriptions to avoid this before, but the employee working the register was putting her hand in her mouth to pick her back teeth, and then touched my prescriptions with her dirty hand. Truly so unprofessional.

The cvs in Towson MD is easy to locate , I went to pick up medicine that was sent there from another Pharmacy. But the cashier in the pharmacy kept asking me my name and I kept telling him my last name that's what he asked for. Then he said he couldn't find my prescription with that name he kept putting in my maiden name and my married name and my date of birth. But he was putting it in wrong he never asked for my first name this is why he couldn't find my prescription. We went back and forth about him not asking me my first name and he said he did I'm standing right in front of him and I know he did not. It's New Year's Day I'm walking with a walker I have oxygen and he's going on and on about ask me my name my first name so I was getting upset so he found my prescription and I wanted to get a vaccine shot I had to go to another window mind you I'm already frustrated by the service he gave me. But when I saw the doctor I'm sorry the pharmacist to give me my shot he was very very nice. And that made it so much better. I'm not going back to that Pharmacy again.

Most over priced Drugstore around and one of the female employees at night is one of the most ignorant, rude & unprofessional person I've ever encountered. She has not only been rude to myself but also my teenage daughter and especially my Fiancé! The Pharmacy is always busy and has long wait times with high amount of prescriptions and under staffed !
