Did not have the product that they said on line they had! Was not greeted friendly. Girl behind pharmaceutical counter could not give me an exact isle where it might be. I went to 4 CVS. They do not come from behind the counter to help you find anything. I tried to call one CVS but I reached a recording to leave a message and they would return my call in an hour. I will never have my prescriptions filled or ever make purchases from any CVS. Bad experience from any CVS I have ever visted!

This store has definitely had some challenges through the years, but I can honestly say there has been MUCH improvement. The staff is more professional, the pharmacist is more attentive and the phones are actually answered when you call. Every place has room for betterment and this place is no different but it is much better than it has been in a long while.

Wouldn't recommend for important/urgent issues. I'm sure staff are overworked, underpaid, and undertrained. Pharmacist told me he wouldn't fill my rx without insurance; finally acquiesced. Then he demanded a new rx with different dosage. It was sent the same day. The next day, CVS says they can't fill. They don't answer calls, return voicemails and act put out in person.

It's absurd that in 2025 you can't staff appropriately to account for employees to take a lunch and remain open. Guess when people run errands? During their lunch hours. I can't wait to move and never use CVS / target for prescriptions again

I waited in the store for 2.5 hours for a prescription with no sense of urgency. No one answered the phone for 3 days and I had to go back 4 separate times for them to get the prescription right. Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to.
