Man, navigating private insurance sucks, and it’s hard when this place is so busy all the time, but the truth is the store has no say over how many prescriptions get sent through them, and when i was in a bind with a medication today, they helped me out, even when the store was packed. I’ve lost my temper dealing with these kind of things before, and if I worked as a pharmacist here, I don’t think I would have the patience to do this job. Pharmacist are the undeserving face of companies they have no control over, and I commend them for doing their best, and tacking criticism that they truly don’t deserve. I appreciate the people who work here, and given I’ve seen some faces there for a long time, I can honestly say they are stronger than me. God bless, and thank you for dealing with the bs

It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had at a CVS but it was far from the best. The retail staff seemed friendly but that was overshadowed by the lack of general cleanliness standards at this location. This location looks run down and filthy; especially the floors which look like they haven’t been swept/vaccuumed/mopped in months or maybe even ever. Please do better! Thanks

Dirty store. VERY nice people. Pharm Lines ALWAYS VERY LONG during prime time. CVS has not upgraded this store in 20 yrs, carpet is rotten, most items locked-up. Revenue $400 B. Yet employees poorly paid.

This pharmacy is so messy. I try to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, as I know it's not their fault that everyone in Baltimore City goes to this one and only pharmacy (or so it seems). But sheeesh. The parking is atrocious, wait times are insane. You'll get a call or text saying that your prescription is ready but will show up and after standing in line for 40 minutes will be told that it is in fact not ready. The icing on the cake for me today was after standing in line for 10 minutes, the woman behind the counter lowers the shutter and says "We're going on lunch, we'll be back at 2." Ummm okay, of course, you deserve a lunch break. But you couldn't have warned the people in line that you weren't gonna take them??? There wasn't any obvious signage stating when lunch break is, but we were apparently expected to know. Oooh that just made me mad lol I hate this damn pharmacy.

It takes 1 and an half hour to collect your medicine. No seating, all this while you will have to stand; remember, you are more likely sick if going there to collect your prescription medications. This further adds to your sickness 😷 The outlet should consider more counters for medications delivery
