One of the managers has a bad attitude and wouldn't help me find out why my package didn't get to UPS or it's destination... I paid a $50 deductible through T-Mobile's insurance to replace my broken cell phone and I sent back the broken cell phone like I was supposed to and now I have to pay full price out of pocket for my broken cell phone that they never received. I'm beyond mad and upset about this whole situation. To top it all off, they didn't give me a receipt but they sent a text with confirmation and my phone deletes text messages every 30 days, ughhh! 😭 Be careful sending off packages at the CVS on 46th and Keystone.

Cashier was SUPER rude. Handle my experience while smacking on a snack and licking her fingers 🤢 I don’t even like AI 🫴 But I see why humans are being replaced Sadly, if you shop here…the check out kiosk is the most help you will receive.

This CVS has the best management, employees and pharmacy staff! 💯 I ride a bus for 30 minutes, out of my way, to and from, just to keep my prescriptions at the E 46th St, CVS, on the corner of Keystone Ave and 46th St. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got to my appointment about 7 minutes late. I’m not from here and went to the wrong address. But upon arrival I’m Standing at the “vaccine appointment” window. No one says anything to me so I stand behind someone being helped at the pick up counter. After they’re helped the guy walks away without acknowledging me. There are two ladies just talking in the back. One standing to the side and the man walking around. No one acknowledges me for almost 10 minutes so I just sit down. Then a another lady comes up and just looks at me. I say I’m here for my shot and they take my vax card and don’t say anything else for another 10 minutes. No “just a moment, how’s it going, we’ll be with you soon” just being ignored like the phone calls they’re receiving. Currently watching them ignore another lady standing at the counter awkwardly.
