The staff is the sole reason for my 5-star review. The pharmacy team is excellent and efficient and this is a very busy pharmacy. The front of house staff also are excellent. I drive out of my way to use this location because the pharmacy team stands head and shoulders above the others. The downside is parking is ridiculous here and there’s no drive-thru.

The staff are always courteous and kind at the pharmacy despite what appears to be quite busy. The store is dingy and cleanliness has improved over the last few months, but it is still in need of a deep clean, carpet replacement and regular vacuuming. Attaching three photos, I’ve complained multiple times before posting these photos. One photo is of the dirt in the entranceway. One photo is of a stepstool in the pharmacy. As you can see, it is covered in filth and is adjacent to medicine in bags. The last photo is behind a cooler near the exit. Judge for yourself.

Most idiotic system, but I guess we are run by robots and "systems" now. Calling in for prescription and i am out, and the system is telling me it is not available to be refilled for 2 more days! So now instead of refilling based on my schedule and convenience, I have to wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could almost understand if i was dealing in a controlled substance like a narcotic. But not even close. I am going elsewhere, where there are actually people you can talk to and not be looped in the same system with no hope of getting out of it.

Your experience depends on the location, staffing, and staff present. Coupons, digital, and paper are complicated, and cashiers usually don't know what you will actually pay for items involved until you cash out. Some can be pleasant when you ask if a coupon will apply, some will become frustrated by your questions, especially with numerous coupons, They can guess or just say they don't know until everything is " rung up". Responses vary if you believe a coupon should apply and is not. If willing, cashier can re-enter the entire order with improved results. Buying one or two items makes this much easier and some customers purposely limit their purchase to avoid the confusion. Prices of goods are expensive, but using coupons can make them reasonable. The pharmacy doesn't usually have to deal with this and, in general, are more pleasant and helpful. Prescriptions are typically filled quicker than other pharmacies within larger stores. Their on- line prescription information and service can be complicated and incomplete, but calls are answered by pharmacy staff, and they will help. Prescription prices are becoming more competitive, and " courtesy discounts" are sometimes available upon request. The pharmacists are usually knowledgeable and available for consultation. Text notifications are typically correct.

Pharmacy opened right on time. Store was well stocked.
