So I live really close to a Walgreens in carmel. Because of a new employer my insurance had changed and I had to go to CVS at 86th and ditch. I wasn't a fan because i'm no longer excited about that neighborhood. However, CVS's pharmacy works like a finally made watch. Every employee is kind, considerate and professional. Your hours are great. My insurance has since moved to a Carrier that would honor Walgreens. But I choose to come to CVS.

The pharmacy staff is competent and kind, but this location is horribly understaffed for amount of demand they get. Both the drive thru and the line inside is always backed up by several customers. Typical wait is 15-20 minutes or more for a pickup. —UPDATE- replying with a link to a page with links to various FAQs and not a page to directly contact you isn’t helpful either. Btw, I’m writing this while in a line 15 people long again.

Stopped in late in the evening for a prescription pickup. The pharmacy staff was great, friendly and professional. The guy running the desk/register was compassionate and courteous. Not sure what his background or skills are, but he seems much more capable than what job he was fulfilling.

This CVS location is HORRIBLE if you're there for a prescription. The line, inside or at the drive-thru, is always ridiculously long. The best is when you wait in the line at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, just to finally pull up at 1:30 to learn that they close for lunch from 1:30-2:00. So you either have to wait for another 30 minutes or come back and wait in line again. This CVS is large enough and in a busy enough area that there should always be someone at the pharmacy... especially since they claim to be open 24 hrs.

Store is easy to navigate. Aisles are a bit narrow is some areas. Shelves are well-stocked, but a few were messy from customers shopping. Parking lot is a bit crowded, depending upon operating hours.
