I do not recommend filling prescription that are an emergency that you need. They will argue with you that they don't have to fill your prescription that " the guy who is headof the team " doesn't have to fill prescription if he doesn't want to that it's "his pharmacy and can do what he wants" just curious do you pick and choose who's medication you want to fill. Would you feel bad if you refused to fill a prescription and someone died because they needed their medication. Also if insurance approved it and a doctor approved it an explained why the prescription was wrote the way it is then it shouldn't be an issue. It's also very unprofessional to stand with other employees and talk about someone when you habe no clue what their health conditions are. Everyone one in the pharmacy needs training on customer services and also maybe learn more about why patients are prescribed the medicines they are. If something would have happend to my mother because your pharmacy tech was having a bad day or just decided wanted to argue over not filling her prescription. I would have sued every single person there !! Learn more and do better I will be reaching out to corporate

Advertised as open at 9am and it’s 9:05 and it’s still closed. Customers are in the parking lot waiting to get in. Sure wish I had corporate’s number right now. Either open at 9am or change the time that it opens

Was told I needed another label for my return package for UPS and they couldn’t take my package. Went to another location and everything was correct with no problem. If you’re doing UPS drop off go somewhere else.

The pharmacist told me that i can't get my prescription here because my doctor is in merrillville, I moved here because of the cancer center doctors are better . I visit my Dr in merrillville every 3 months for check ups, they said its the first time ever hearing about a pharmacy decline to fill a prescription because of that. He told me I need to find a local doctor, im being forced to switch doctors because of the pharmacist. Dont waste your time here he will lie to your face and say its the system and its not. Go to Walgreens! Being forced to change doctors with a legitimate prescription is crazy.

This location of this CVS is an ongoing challenge but the entire CVS staff always does an amazing and excellent job- regardless!- ty
