Do not go to the CVS someone comes in at 9:00 no helpers coming in till 10:00 they won't feel anything for you until they have helpers poor customer service poor communication workers don't show up on time! Highly recommend going to a put together establishment with workers that want to show up on time to help you and fill your medication.

They never, ever, evereverevereverevereverever fill your prescription until you come to the pharmacy and then you get the opportunity to wait around while they fill it.

We live close by to this store and have experienced a lot of turnover in the pharmacy due to many legitimate reasons. Mostly I want to praise the wonderful pharmacist, Philemon, whose smiling face has brought a wonderful change to so many of us who frequent this pharmacy. He is so kind and helpful and knows most customers by name! He takes his role very personally. He’s knowledgeable and wants to make sure we get the attention we need. His job is very hard in a store where more help is desperately needed. He is always positive, even when handling a disgruntled customer.He cares about his staff,who are also very kind and helpful. For the first time in our lives we are not as stressed about our prescriptions because of Philemon. Sometimes the line is long at the pharmacy, not because of a lack of trying and working hard. They are doing their best with the number of staff assigned to the store. This store would be outstanding if CVS would assign a few more good staff members here. We will continue to be loyal customers and hopefully writing this review will promote others to do the same and maybe CVS will add more staff!

Tonight, I had a GOOD experience... FOR ONCE. NO they are not always the fastest. They actually usually SUCK... SORRY CVS... but it's true of this location. Normally, it takes DAYS to get a script filled, but tonight, it was relatively quick. It was maybe a little after 8pm when I came in, they close at 9pm on Friday's. I had an Upper Respiratory Infection, and had 3 scripts called in. I walked in and asked about my scripts, the tech looked them up and started working on them right away. It's like she stopped what she was doing and worked on just mine, to get them done before they closed. Yes, I had to wait just a bit, but she got them done really quick and both her the the pharmacist were REALLY NICE. Its not often that a good review gets to be written about this location, so I wanted to let my story be known. They are REALLY understaffed, so maybe we all need to take that into consideration when we get mad at the long wait times. This location services a HUGE neighborhood, with limited help. Please be kind to them. They are just people like us, doing a job that they probably don't like, for not enough money. Don't make their day harder.

Absolutely terrible service ! Left work early to get my prescription filled get here they tell me it’s not ready mind you I left work an hour early to get here if I didn’t have to ever come back to a cvs I wouldn’t I hate cvs now I’m missing hours of work because they can’t seem to fill a script they have had for 5 days! They don’t care if it’s a medication you take daily because they aren’t the ones taking the medication! Some people rely heavily on the medication I take !
