Gave me the wrong prescription and when I called, tried to blame it on me for not carefully reading the label on the bag before I left. They should have read it before handing it to me? I don’t get paid to read these labels like they do. I had also paid for it, but they couldn’t refund. Person on the phone, “it was under $5 anyway.” Almost ended up in the hospital because I didn’t have the correct medication and had to take off work to be able to get to the pharmacy in time to get the right medication. (I work 45 min away). I ordered it to be delivered so I could get it in time but the delivery got cancelled? So that’s when I took off work to drive there. People’s lives are in their hands and they are careless with it. Then, the next time, I went through the drive thru, I got there at 1:20, with two cars ahead of me. Got to the window at 1:28, with no cars behind me. They didn’t want to serve me because their lunch is 1:30…mmmk…. It wasn’t even 1:30. so I came back at 2:15. There were 2 cars ahead of me again. I sat in the drive thru for AN HOUR. Finally pulled out of there at 3:16. Ridiculous. But I did get to watch someone get arrested in the parking lot while I waited. Also, the workers are not friendly and their intercom thing clearly doesn’t work. I have to SHOUT and repeat myself multiple times for them to hear me. But they don’t open the window to remedy that. This location makes everything incredibly inconvenient. The only reason I go here is because the other nearby CVS closed.

Cynthia has been so helpful. After running around from pharmacy to pharmacy, she was able to get the medication that I needed to me. She was so patient and eventhough she was busy, remained professional and was so helpful. I appreciate all of the team on 10th street. You guys were wonderful. Thank you so much for helping me today Cynthia!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too but it is unfortunately so close to my house. They mess up my refills 9/10 times, leaving me without my mediation for days or weeks. On top of that, pretty much every employee at this pharmacy has an attitude problem and couldn't care less about how they've screwed up your prescriptions. My doctors have even commented how difficult it is to communicate with them and how poorly run the place seems to be. 0 stars.

I just want to say Stacy helped me save some money on my purchases and her customer service skills are top tier. If she's on the cash register you're in good hands.

the new phone system is trash! I just tried calling and the automation kept going out and saying it couldn't hear me. I never got to talk to a live person. i spoke properly and everything. not good for the pharmacy at all.
