We had our photos taken at this location, and the employee named Gabriel was very unfriendly. While taking our photos, she was on the phone and did not seem focused on helping us or on the photo process. After taking the pictures, she did not show them to us, and whenever we asked questions, she responded in a dismissive and uninterested manner. We felt that there was a complete lack of customer service and professionalism during our visit. I believe she would benefit from learning more about professionalism, customer care, and treating customers with courtesy and respect.

I’ve always had a great experience at this pharmacy and store. I saw some negative reviews, but I haven’t experienced those kind of issues. I’ve found the pharmacy staff to be professional and helpful. The MinuteClinic caregivers have been just that… Caregivers. (Although, the online scheduling system could be more user-friendly.) The employees that staff the retail part of the store have always been helpful. The store is clean and organized.

Just for one month it would be nice to not have to ration my medication waiting on this location to fill a script. I give a minimum notice of several days up to a week, but it makes no difference whatsoever. The medication is consistently filled several days after the last of my previous dosages has been used. Beyond frustrating. On top of that, you can not get any response unless you physically go to the location and wait in a 30 minute line. No call backs are ever made from the call in line.

CVS has always been my go to place for items such as paper towels. Whether it be when every other place is closed or when I am in a hurry and don’t have any time to spare such as today. They are ready to immediately stop what they are doing to get your items ringed up and are so polite. I always find what I need and the price is right. I enjoy receiving my $10 reward each month. Join the club! What are you waiting on?

Poor Customer Service The employees moved at their own pace with no sense of urgency or concern for customers waiting. It was clear that customer service was not a priority. I shouldn’t have to stand around while staff ignore customers or act inconvenienced when asked for help. I expect better from CVS. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. Please address this issue immediately so other customers don’t have the same experience.
