I've been to plenty of CVS stores and pharmacies. All have been clean & well stocked. None though have as friendly, helpful & great to work with employees as this one. That's not a diss on the others. It's just how good they are here. It's also impressive since many of the customers they deal with are extremely difficult to deal with. I've witnessed them & you can find some of their reviews here.

All the staff at this CVS are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff are the best. I have a daughter that has a lot of anxiety about shots (expecting them to hurt when they don’t) but the pharmacy staff was super patient with her. We were in and out in no time!

I live near this CVS and patronize it several times a week. I completely agree with all the critical comments regarding the pharmacy. It typically was a truly unpleasant experience in the past. I used to wonder why everyone in the pharmacy was so mad and dismissive. However, I am happy to say in the past few months with a turnover of pharmacy personnel, it is a MUCH more customer friendly environment. I’m very grateful management addressed the problem! The front desk personnel have always been pleasant and very helpful!

Best customer service I have ever received at a pharmacy. Kassie and Lisa were delightful. I would come here every day if I lived in the area. The store itself had a good selection of all the stuff you expect to find. Clean and well organized.

This store lacks integrity and work ethics. When my coupon didn’t work instead of going into the system I believe it’s under the misc button (I work for another store that has integrity) and hitting the coupon issue button then online and having me give them the coupon number because I did have the coupon connected or dishing out CVS bucks if that hadn’t worked at the same value. Instead they said their store manager didn’t like them doing “certain things.” Doesn’t like you fixing your system errors? Employee 0120098 yes you could do it, I have done it several times, you just refused to do anything other than call another lazy employee and did nothing. Did nothing to fix the coupon which I previously mentioned. I was already having a bad day and this didn’t help. Employees at store 10903 need to be retrained because I’m a part time employee know what to do and barely over a year working for my store and this lady has more years on her so no excuse. This isn’t acceptable.
