I had an excellent customer service experience with Dawn at this CVS location. She was extremely patient, kind, and considerate throughout the entire interaction. Dawn demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge, and she took initiative in assisting me with my issue from start to finish. She was attentive, efficient, and genuinely helpful in resolving my concern quickly and smoothly. Her customer service stood out as exceptional, and she made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Employees like Dawn are a true asset to the store, and her level of service reflects very positively on the location overall. I was highly impressed and grateful for her support.

This AWESOME male worker at the front desk helping me (homeless with MEDICAID insurance) not only expedite the checkout process with a smile, friendly energy but he also ensured me that my remaining balance was on the receipt for the CVS OTC (over the counter) $25 monthly allowance. I am and was blown away by his knowledge of the products and will be coming back to this CVS location exclusively. Thank you thank you THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN!!!!!!!

In defiance of Governor Pritzker’s directive, the pharmacy refused to give me a COVID vaccine because I was in good health and not 65 yet, and RFK says I don’t need it. When I explained that I was concerned about infecting my daughter and unborn grandchild at my daughter’s baby shower, they relented but insisted that I go home and make an appointment online.

Deana was AMAZING! She was very patient with me, even when I asked her for help probably 10+ times. She never had an attitude and was very willing to help me on my couponing trip (which is a bother to everyone!) she was always there to unlock my products or help me get the best deals. She is awesome, kudos to Deana! I’ll definitely come back (hopefully I won’t need as much help next time!)

They filled the wrong medication and luckily something possessed me to look before paying. They tried to blame it on the doctor, but I had a copy of the prescription and the doctor wrote it up correctly. No apology. Correct medication is not available in so now I’m behind on taking it.
