Store is a typical CVS, but the Pharmacy Assistant makes me uncomfortable every time I pick up an Rx. She doesn't take an interest in listening to customers, has canned responses that are rarely helpful, and makes you feel rushed to leave.

It is a good location with easy to find street parking. The staff is friendly as well. The only downside i noticed was if you need something from a locked case, you need to find someone to open it as opposed to a call button near the cases. Otherwise, it is very good.

Whoever is the manager of this location is doing a superb job. Regardless of the time of day, the staff is helpful, friendly, and genuinely cheerful including those stocking shelves, the front cashiers, to even the pharmacists. The store is always well stocked and immaculate. Fantastic location that is leagues above many other Chicago cvs locations.

The pharmacist is awesome. This store continues to be problematic with their handling of coupons. We received a 30% off coupon and I was purchasing many items and they would not honor the coupon, because I could not remember my wife's phone number. The whole point of coupons are to encourage you to use the store and experience CVS. Instead, they did not give me the 30% off and I will be avoiding this store. This is not the first time, but I believe this is the last time I will be coming to this store. Just a terrible experience.

Rhema the Pharmacist is the best. So friendly and helpful. She remembers your name and asks how you're doing. I will return in an instant if they get a loading zone. I just don't want to pay for the parking meter to just pick up a prescription. (too far to walk 8 months of the year when it's cold outside.) I tried the CVS close to my house on Ohio street and the service there is too inconsistent. (sad)
