Go in buy 2 bags of ice. Drop off in car walk across the street to tell friend where I'm at and walk back out to find car towed for being away for 2 mins. While the guy in the white jeep Grand Cherokee have been sitting for over an hour. The third party tow company is just sitting in the lot grabbing cars. No matter where they go!

I CALLED TO HAVE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT MY PRESCRIPTION AND SOME GIRL PICKED UP THE PHONE, SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL , ON TOP OF IT SHE WAS RUDE . SHE FIRST TRIED TELLING ME TO CALL MY INSURANCE. I INFORMED HER THAT I KNEW HOW TO DO THAT AND THE REASON OF MY CALL WAS SOMETING ELSE. I HAD TO LET HER TO KNOW THAT SHE WAS BEING RUDE FOR NO REASON. SHE ENDED THE CALL AND I WAS SENT BACK TO THE CALL MAIN MENU. A PHARMACIST I SUPPOSE THEN PICKED UP THE CALL . SHE WAS NICER AND VERY HELPFUL. I JUST FELT THE NEED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW SO THE COMPANY IS AWARE THAT AT LEAST ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES IS VERY BAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAYBE SHE SHOULD NOT BE THERE AT ALL.

I contacted this pharmacy on April 3, 2026 between the hours of 2-3p.m., regarding a question about a prescription that had been sent over for a patient. However, the staff member who answered the phone was unprofessional and very rude throughout the entire interaction. She acted as if I was bothering her because I needed to clarify a prescription for the patient. She definitely needs some customer service training in this profession. I am a healthcare provider and was in disbelief at how she was talking. Although I called her out on it, she continued on in her dismissive tone. I feel sorry for the people that have to deal with her.

Walgreens is dead to me, after having days worth of problems with getting my prescriptions filled and things being out of stock and not being kept in the know i’ve finally been able to complete my prescription list that I need to start today for a time sensitive medication process. Trying to get through to Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. You’re on hold for like an hour before you even actually talk to somebody. I called CVS tonight left a message and got called back within five minutes and everything‘s taken care of. I have nothing to worry about now thanks to these heroes, this pharmacy is the best.

Don’t park here. They use a predatory towing service which can hardly be passed as legal. All it takes is two minutes away from your car and it will be gone. Signs which warn you of this are only posted in select, discrete locations and provide no warning to the danger you put yourself in when parking at this location. Rendered Services Inc. will have your car en route to their location 35 minutes away before you have walked into the store. Awful place, must be taking commissions from the tow company to allow it to operate in such a way on their premises
