All CVS pharmacies are horrible. You are no longer allowed to speak with a human voice in the pharmacy department. In order for me to order my medication, I have to personally go in the store and then wait for it. I will never download the app nor will I order online. I'd rather go without my meds before that happens.

Awful experience here. First of all, The process of being asked your private information such as date of birth, full name and insurance in public announcement is not safe nor the pharmacy publicly announcing your mediations is ethically appropriate. There are HIPA laws and I’m certain this goes against policy for patient privacy. The pharmacy staff here (not all but most) seem annoyed and have no interest in going out of their way to do their job or address patient/customer care.

Pick up my baby meds and one of the bottle wasn't label. Its a mystery liquid now and I have a crying sick baby. In top of that, you can't even speak to anyone now on the phone without leaving a voicemail. This place is ridiculous

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Dropped a prescription off and it was ready within 20 min :)) Always have a great experience picking up medication here.

This is the best pharmacy. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus all are friendly.
