Pharmacy Tech, Sojourner, is amazing. She is often by herself. One monday, tons of precriptions from over the weekend, She had three customers, helping all of them on the new check in machines, while sorting a problem with someones diagnosis code missing from their Rx, and another being snotty to her. She still smiled. Stopped calmly to help me get my meds, my syringes, and even remembered it was cheaper on a discount site. Got me my inhaler for 35 instead of 200! That woman deserves a raise! Making it happen for us over on Kinzie.

The pharmacy tech named Sojourner at this location is very unprofessional. She made a mistake and overcharged me for my medication. Usually I wouldn’t care - it’s just a mistake - but she was so rude when I asked her to fix it and acted like it was my fault. Very disrespectful and uncalled for.

This CVS is pretty good. The staff is usually friendly and greets you upon arrival. They have a very good selection of greeting cards and cold beverages. It sometimes can be hard to find hand sanitizer and other COVID-19 related items. They have three self checkouts so the line moves pretty quickly. What else can be said? It's a little dreary and there are better CVS locations out there.

I am a consistent shopper at this location. An employee by the name of Dejah went out of her way to make sure I found every item I came to purchase. She answered questions and had AMAZING customer service skills. She was patient and very understanding! 15/10!! I hope she is always there!

Addison in the Pharmacy should not be preaching kindness when she behaves unprofessionally with the disabled who don't have their medicine and have been jerked around by the CVS app all day which miscommunicates and blows. Somebody talk to her about not having animosity against a customer just because she has an underdeveloped pre-concieved notion about why they're saying they don't want to yet again return home and come back yet another 4 hours later.
