I had an exceptional experience at the CVS on 2427 W Chicago Ave in Chicago thanks to Mila. I stopped in around 6:45 AM looking for several vitamins and a face wash, and after struggling to find what I needed, Mila stepped in to help. Even though it was early in the morning and she was likely nearing the end of an overnight shift, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. What impressed me most was her genuine empathy and willingness to help. She took the time to make sure I found everything on my shopping list and never made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude completely changed the tone of my morning. In healthcare and customer service, small acts of kindness make a big difference, and Mila exemplifies that. I left the store with everything I needed and a huge smile on my face. CVS is fortunate to have an employee like Mila. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service! ❤️

This is probably the worse place cvs I have ever heard of and i never been there I live basically over 2 hrs away from there but yet somehow my food stamp card info got stolen and used at 3:03 AM this morning while I was still asleep thank you cvs for making sure I don’t have groceries for my place.

My favorite drug store and more closest one near me very clean employees are very helpful. My perscription was ready when i got there pharmacy employee took time to explain meds to me. Went to pick up prescription today and got a flu shot also at a dicount price.

A blessing to find 24hr cvs while traveling. We found what we needed to treat a bad injury. My extra bucks were truly a blessing . Funds were limited at that time. The staff was very helpful.

The pharmacy here is the worst. I’ve been told to go to the Ogden location. Frequently out of common thyroid meds. Today, the computer system was down. It had been down for over an hour when I stopped in. I couldn’t pick up my prescription. There was a line of people wrapped around the store while 1 single cashier checked people out. All the pharmacists hid in the back. Even when their computers are functioning properly, the two or three staff members just stand there and stare at the customers struggling to operate the self checkout terminals. It’s an overall dystopian experience.
