All the employees are great! Vera and Gloria are awesome! Vera and Gloria are awesome! The short dark skinned lady with glasses is as well. The young guy with dreadlocks and well as the very tall guy with locks, they deserve to be paid more money!

The pharmacist and pharmacy technician I encountered to get my prescription from the dentist filled really knew what they were doing. The DOB on my script was wrong. They could not fill it completely without getting the correct information from the dentist's office. Yet, they took the time to rectify the error and gave me top-notch professional service. I left this CVS Pharmacy with the medications I needed in hand without much fuss. I'm glad this pharmacy is in my neighborhood.

CVS at 1165 n Clark is the best cvs in GOLD COSDT AREA. 1. Has parking lot 2. Has a minute clinic for shots and advice Verbally tells you if there are any discounts accrued on your account if you provide your ph number. You don’t need to clip the coupon.

I was rudely intercepted by the security guard on duty as I made my way to the self checkout yesterday evening. He demanded that I go to checkout (which i was already doing) and then stood close by and watched my entire transaction as if I were a criminal. He then proceeded to give me an evil stare as I left the store, all the way until I was out of eye view. I come to this CVS several times a week because I live just a block away and no other guard has made me so uncomfortable. I will never be returning to this location again. Not to mention, in the time he spent staring me down, 5 actual thieves probably got away. Please send him back to training.

Hate the new monitors in the pharmacy. Impersonal and more work for the consumer. And your AI voicemail wastes my time as well. Poor customer service to get to a human to help
