I had a great experience at this CVS. The nurse was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and really put me at ease while giving me my shots. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process much less stressful. I’m very grateful for her care and professionalism—thank you!

CVS had my on line order ready immediately for pick up at the front register. The Pharmacy quickly prioritized updating my prescription and prepared it while I waited. The pharmacist is always willing to look for additional coupons for discounts as well.

i love this store jamal and toni are fantastic very friendly and so welcoming plus those two are so funny they make me want to come back and shop thank you for the really good energy you guys bring

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a store thanks to an employee named Jamal at CVS. His attitude was completely unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. I came in on two separate occasions to purchase a single beer, showed my valid ID, and was clearly by myself. Despite that, he refused to sell it to me for no reason other than his personal attitude. To make matters worse, his behavior came across as discriminatory and biased, which is absolutely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated with that kind of disrespect or made to feel singled out. It was beyond frustrating and insulting. An employee like Jamal should not be representing CVS. If this is how he treats paying customers, he has no business working in customer service—let alone in a pharmacy chain where professionalism should be the bare minimum. I left both times feeling humiliated and angry. CVS management needs to seriously reevaluate who they put at the front lines of their stores, because this kind of behavior is toxic and drives loyal customers away. I will think twice before ever shopping at this location again.

Product incorrectly priced with zero correct pricing even posted. Associate was rude and did not provide any assistance. Horrible service
