This CVS is the worst. I try to avoid this location. I felt I needed to provide this review for the safety of other pharmacy customers. In mid January, my doctor prescribed blood thinners that she wanted me to take immediately to avoid a possible pulmonary embolism that could be deadly. She sent the prescription to this location because it was closest to me. The pharmacy filled two prescriptions and never informed me that I was not given the blood thinner. It was only when I contacted my doctor with a dosage question that I learned I was given an antibiotic and one other medication but not the blood thinner. I called the pharmacy and after dealing with the automated answering service was told the blood thinner was not in stock and they would let me know when they received it. I went up there twice that day and no one in the pharmacy ever let me know I was missing a medication (the life saving one). I will never deal with the pharmacy at location again. The pharmacist called me back after I left a fairly irate message. He apologized for not having the medication instead of the real issue which was neither of the two employees that provided my medication informed me I was missing a medication. Poor service is an understatement.

Probably the rudest and unprofessional pharmacy I've ever went to. From staff having personal conversations while the line grew to customer service that made you feel unimportant and undervalued. If sick go elsewhere for better service.

Went into cvs today greeted as I entered by BRE. She’s always friendly, very energetic and welcoming! Her customer service skills are excellent! Keep up the great work BRE & CVS.

Says the pharmacy opens at 9. it was still closed at 9:14 AM with a line of four people waiting for the pharmacy employees to even show up. I needed a morning medication for my infant which is why I came as early as I could - only to wait around with my 2 year old and 3 month old for anyone to show up. When they did open, both of their registers were malfunctioning- which of course is not the fault of the employees- but caused more waiting and made the whole experience more frustrating.

This store is the absolute WORST!!!! The pharmacy team is about as rude and incompetent as they come. I showed up at 10:30am to pick up some meds and the pharmacy was closed even though the scheduled time to open is 9:00 am.
