Above and beyond customer service by Kasey today when I had trouble getting my doctor to send my prescription. They were on top of things, worked quickly and efficiently, and extraordinarily friendly. So impressed and grateful!

the white guy with long black hair was standing over me as i checked out. no other guests are there and he stands right behind as if im stealing. he knows he was making me visibly uncomfortable but can’t be too sure if the Black girl is going to steal right? always racists vibes here

I went in and I made an appointment for a flu shot. They told me CVS pharmacy doesn’t take my insurance so I went to minute clinic and I asked the indian lady who was there. I told her what happened and I asked her if I should just wait or make another appointment. She told me hold on wait a minute and then proceeded to see other people without telling me what to do???? Wasted 15 minutes of my time waiting there for her when she went on to see 2 other patients. If I needed to make another appointment at least let me know? So unprofessional and she needs to have better communication because that’s just unacceptable. Maybe she needs more job training because she’s clearly not doing her job good.

Horrible experience with the callous pharmacist at this store. Rushed, no empathy from man on duty 7:15p on 10/22. Rude and condescending. No ability to respond thoughtfully to patient experience. Can't wait to leave the CVS system. I am a RN of 25+ years. I rarely write reviews and most of my reviews are positive but this man's lack of ability to be thoughtful in any capacity made my blood boil. I have been filling one of my medications 90 at a time for many months and while I do understand he is not IT (as he pointed out) he could have been much more patient focused. I used the new tools in the CVS application to adjust the number of pills that I wanted to be dispensed which I was initially happy about because I just finished oriental medicine school and am between finishing and getting new position so I filled each of my last rx with only 30 pills so the amount would be more affordable this month. Today I tried to fill the remaining 60 of those and am going out of town camping. There was no warning in the system that I would be screwing myself out of the flexibility to fill the rest of the rx at my convenience. The Rx should be run through the insurance one time for the original amount prescribed and dispensed as i need or there should be a BIG FAT WARNING that the action of using the toggle within the app will put new dispense rules on the item and that you then would no longer be able to pick up the remaining quantity. I have also worked IT and there were no such warnings. Now I am going out of town (camping to be specific) and I was asked where I was going (personal information) which should have no bearing on how they spoke to me. I know what they were going to imply; that I could get them at another location while on my trip but that is sub par. I have done this before using same insurance at Jewel-Osco and it was never a problem. I have completed the online feedback and will be calling the company re the IT issue but in the end I am writing this negative review because of the very unkind demeanor (bordering on hostile) of the pharmacist. He should get a desk job that never interfaces with the public. I know they work under extreme pressure but we are all under many pressures these days and this man is not a good forward facing person to have on your staff.

Do not come to this CVS. I walked to the Dunkin first and was charged $170 to unboot my car, because I left the premises for less than one minute. Watch out for these signs.
