THIS PHARMACY IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE ONE ON UNIVERSITY. They’re still sending out text messages from this location telling you your prescriptions are ready but when you show up they say they’re closed until further notice and they cannot transfer your medication for you. You have to call your doctor and transfer it yourself. They need to post that they’re inoperable and not open somewhere on the website and stop sending out texts to patients saying their stuff is ready when it’s not.

Pharmacist is kind.

My Queen in the last week

The pharmacy had just reopened at 2 pm after their lunch break. I was standing in line for 'Drop Off.' The lady looks at me and says 'Do you have a question? I thought to myself 'Uh I'm standing in the 'drop off' line. I want to drop a prescription off.' That immediately annoyed me. She then looks at my prescription and says that they can't fill one of them there because it needs a diagnosis code. So I said 'How do I get that'? and she replied 'I can have my pharmacist call but since it's an ER they might not answer.' I was thinking 'OK I don't feel like she really wants to help me here.' I told her I'll just take it to a different pharmacy. Customer service is subzero. Cold as ice. Unappreciated. Not coming back to this pharmacy. Very disappointed !!!
