I returned an item for a refund, received a receipt for the refund but it has not shown up as a credit at my bank. Auwe. Now I have to go back for $3.34. It’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle. Be aware of this when you return items to CVS Longs Drug Stores. Okay, it’s 4 business days later and as of today, 7/1/25, my $3.34 has been credited back to my checking account’s debit card! Yay, Longs Kaimuki!

I’m not sure what it is or why but there is an odor in this store that makes me want to leave as soon as I can. The staff…. Is just there. I wouldn’t say they are not nice but I also wouldn’t say that they are friendly or even helpful. The aisles are not properly labeled and if you are looking for something very specific, I would not recommend you coming to this specific store.

This long's drugs is pretty cool all the staff worker's is nice and professional also I like the beer section perfect for after work go see kawai and Rayna they greet u with passion and always hard working people. 🫵🏾🤙🏾🥳 Ps stop watching staff they know what they doing 🫣🤩
